Our party room, which we call ‘The Room Upstairs’ is located a level above the Polish Village Cafe dining room. It offers a full bar and flexible seating options to accomodate your guests needs. Whether you’re hosting a birthday party, corporate event or any other special occasion, our party room provides the ideal setting for a memorable celebration.

Ordering Options

There are 3 ways food is served in the room upstairs.

Off the “downstairs” restaurant dinner menu.

Only for parties with 15-20 guests or less. The servers would come around to each of your guests and take dinner orders individually. Exactly how you’d order downstairs.

Buffet Style

Choosing from one of the packages, the menus is chosen and ordered in advance. Stainless steel chaffing dishes containing your menu choices are set out on a buffet table. The dinner tables are set prior with linen napkins and tableware, bread & butter before your guests arrival.

Family Style

Choosing from one of the packages, the menus is chosen and ordered in advance. Menu choices will be plated and served to the table. The dinner tables are set prior with linen napkins and tableware, bread & butter before your guests arrival.

  • Our banquet room is versatile and suitable for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, birthday parties, anniversaries, funerals, bridal showers, and more.

  • The capacity of the room is 60 guests but can vary depending on the set up. We can provide various seating arrangements. Going over the room capacity may not leave space for a dessert table, buffet table or gift table.

  • We generally have the room decorated with seasonal decorations. We do not decorate for individual parties. If you have your own party decorations you may come prior to the event to set up. You may have up to 2 hours before your scheduled event time. This is contingent on the circumstances that it is during operating hours and the room is not being used for another party.

  • Generally parties are booked in 3-4 hour time slots. If you book a party in the evening, the room would close according to the restaurants normal operating hours for that day.

  • There is a room charge which includes booking the space for your window of time, tables, chairs, linens and standard set up. Additional services like audiovisual equipment can be arranged. We do utilize a SONOS system so you may choose to customize your events soundtrack.

  • We do not allow outside food brought in to the restaurant. If there is something specific your guests would like, please consult our event coordinator for details. You may bring in your own cake.

  • We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy may depend on the type of event and lead time.

  • No, we do not require a deposit. After you book your date & time we will confirm with you.

  • Yes, you may view the room before the event anytime during operating hours. We can not guarrentee an event coordinator will be on site to answer your questions, but the room is available for viewing.

  • There is a municipal city parking lot located next to the restaurant. This lot is a pay lot and owned by the city. There may be free street parking open depending on the day of the week.

  • Yes, we have a full service bar. You may run a tab bar (servers will keep track of drinks guests have ordered and add to your total) or a cash bar (guests pay as they order drinks).

  • No, we are restricted by law to allow anyone to bring in their own alcohol.

  • Tables are set up before guest arrival. Dinner plate, salad plate, side plate, soup cup, silverware & linen napkins. Water glass, water carafe & bread basket. All tables are dressed with white linen tablecloths.

  • If you need a gift table, display table for pictures, games or any other function, you may request one. However, if your party is close to the max capacity of the room, there may be limited space.
