We’ve brought back our specially curated Holiday Menu tailored to make your gatherings effortless and complete with all your family's cherished Holiday Favorites. Some of the rare & specialty items we are unable to provide during our busy Holiday time but we definitely have included all the smash hits!

All Holiday Pre-orders for Christmas Holiday (Pick Up & Delivery) should be placed from the one of the Holiday menus in our online ordering portal. All Holiday orders MUST be placed online. We cannot accept Holiday orders via phone or email. This is to help us ensure your order enters our system the second you place it!

Holiday Pick Up Orders

December 15th through December 31st

All Holiday Pick Up orders are prepared & packaged COLD (prepared to cook/heat). We will provide you with easy to follow heating instructions.

There will be an option for HOT Pick Up if you plan to serve your food right away. There is a small upcharge. However, on Dec 23rd there is no hot pick up available.

Holiday Delivery Orders

December 15th through December 31st

All Holiday Delivery orders from Dec 15th thru Dec 31st. will need to be placed from this menu only. There will be no delivery offered Dec 23rd through Dec 25th.

Delivery minimum: $500

We have very LIMITED delivery slots open which fill up quick during the holidays. These spots open up when you are choosing your time. If your date & time is unavailable than it is full or not offered. Please email us polishvillagecafe@gmail.com prior to placing a holiday delivery order to make sure we can accommodate you!

FAQ

Find the answers to commonly asked questions regarding our holiday catering for 2024’s season.

  • You can place your order now until the week of Christmas. We generally will take as many orders as long as we are able to fill them. In the past, we usually stop taking orders around Dec 19th but we will offer walk in specials the evening of Dec 23rd.

  • All available time slots will be open. You can schedule pick up at your convience. We will be offering pickup times from 11am to 8pm on all days.

  • Limited Delivery means that we can only accomodate so many deliveries during the week of Christmas. Sometimes we can include a few stops on one leg of a delivery route so they’re easier for us to add. It will depend on location and the size of your order. We only have so many drivers & staff available so we try to accomodate as many as we can.

    Please email us at polishvillagecafe@gmail.com to verify that we can deliver your order. You can always pick your order up.

    We are not delivering on Dec 23rd, 24th & 25th.

  • Since most of our orders are being picked up before Christmas with the intent to serve them on Christmas, we offer a menu with the food packed cold, ready to cook or heat. This is to guarentee the hightest quality of our food so you will not be “reheating” items that won’t turn out well.

    We will provide you with heating & cooking instructions. Most of the items can be placed in an oven and baked in the tin tray they come in. Sauces will all be served on the side.

  • If you need your order hot and will be serving it right after picking up from the restaurant, there will be an option to choose items HOT. There is a small fee to have these items cooked and ready to eat.

    We are unable to offer any HOT pickup on December 23rd. All orders that day will be packed for cold pick up.

  • No. We will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas. Dec 24th & Dec 25th we will not be open.

  • You can pay at the time of ordering or you can pay at pickup. If you are ordering online for Pick Up, paying online will be the fastest way to ensure a speedy pickup.

  • We know that plans change and so do guest counts. Try your best to make sure what you’ve ordered is exactly what you need. If you have any questions please reach out.

    If you need to add anything to your order you can create a new order online that we can attach to your previous order.

    If you need to change numbers or remove anything you will need to email Polish Village Cafe as you cannot change your own order online.

  • When the staff is bringing your order out, they will check everything over with you. Have a copy of your own order ready and make sure you have everything before you leave the building. Once you leave the building and drive home, there is not much we can do. We are generally just a few people packing hundreds of orders so please do your best to make sure your order is correct before driving home.

  • While the rest of the year we are pleased to accomodate you with specialty items and special orders, we are just not equipped to do that over the Holiday Season.

    No substitutions or special orders.

  • We understand that plans change, if you need to cancel your order please notify us right away. If you have already paid online we will refund you.

  • We do not have enough staff to send out to events.

  • You can request a reservation via the reservations tab. We will contact you for confirmation.
